2026 Pre-Season

The Arlington Cardinals is a local club with elite training.  We have multiple options based on experience, schedules, etc. 

1. The Wrestling Academy Pre-Season Program 

Folkstyle intensive training program focused on skill building and skill proficiencies as well as strength and conditioning built into the program. Limited to the first 60 participants, newer wrestlers are discouraged as the level of difficulty is very high.

2. Arlington Cardinals Pre-Season Fundamentals  

Focus will be on drilling fundamentals and preparing for the upcoming IKWF/IESA season. Designed for newer/returning wrestlers, those who are in fall sports, and those continuing to refine their wrestling foundation. This program will cap at 20 wrestlers.
